This event is an excellent opportunity to meet the members of the Illinois General Assembly, Constitutional Officers, IEPA officials, members of the Pollution Control Board, and other key government officials. Last year, over 200 legislators and government officials attended. Come thank those elected officials who are friends of the chemical industry.

The chemical industry is the 2^nd largest manufacturing sector in Illinois, with over 46,000 employees. Our attendance at the reception should exceed 100 industry representatives to indicate our interest and concern about the challenges facing Illinois industry.
