Francisco Arreola has worked for AbbVie/Abbott for 12 years.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  He has held various roles within the R&D organization supporting Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and in Business Excellence.  Prior to joining AbbVie, Francisco worked as an EHS professional in the Steel Industry in Kankakee and Joliet Illinois.  He also worked as a consultant and later for Johnson & Johnson in San Diego.

Francisco is currently the R&D Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Director for AbbVie with responsibility for Research and Development organizations supporting over 9,000 employees globally.
