This workshop is conducted by the professionals at Benchmark Communications. The focus of this interactive workshop will be on developing the strategies and enhancing the tools needed to respond effectively to the media during a crisis situation.

 

The workshop will provide an overview of interview principles and techniques, from pre-interview prep, to delivery. Participants will put these techniques to work through exercises and workbooks you can refer to at a later time.
