Special Capabilities
Our experience with environmental matters includes litigation and compliance issues arising from each of the major federal environmental programs including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, and CERCLA. We have successfully represented clients involved in environmental enforcement actions brought by state and federal agencies. We also provide regulatory compliance counseling to help our clients navigate the complex maze of statutes and regulations governing their operations.

Completed Projects
Fox Galvin has represented clients as PRPs to CERCLA matters and worked closely with a variety of experts to defend and prosecute contribution claims.  We also have extensive experience in litigation involving groundwater contamination.  For the last seven years, we have served as Midwest Regional Counsel and part of the National Trial Team for a major petroleum refiner in connection with litigation related to a gasoline additive, MTBE.
