We have experience in all aspects of the environmental arena, including permitting (application and appeals), various clean up programs, reporting requirements, underground storage tanks, wetlands, and litigation.
Property Tax -- Our property tax lawyers represent commercial and industrial properties of all sizes at each level of the property tax assessment. Our lawyers have successfully represented clients through the entire tax appeal process, from the local assessor to the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as the highest courts in other states.
Finance/Healthcare -- Our corporate lawyers represent not-for-profit and for-profit entities, including healthcare organizations, in bond financings, other borrowings, acquisitions, divestitures and other complex transactions. Nationally and internationally, the group provides its clients with legal expertise that includes capital finance, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, real estate development, joint ventures, issues related to charitable trusts, and federal tax issues.
